The $5 PDF fee is a monthly processing charge for all registered clients who have chosen to receive a monthly invoice instead of inputting a credit card for automatic withdrawal.
If you wish to add a credit card please contact our client service team at CS@mgive.com and they can update your account to Credit Card billing.
Once this has been updated you may provide your Credit Card information to our client service team or update it yourself through your dashboard.
